1st Class 2026-27

First class were so excited to get out in the fresh air for our Sponsored Walk! We went on a walk all around Loreto Park and finished up with some play time in the playground. We had great fun and luckily it stayed nice and dry for us! Thank you to all the families for all your fundraising efforts for our school.

First class love our maths stations! By participating in small group stations we can explore mathematical concepts at our own pace using concrete materials, games and pair work. We are learning to talk through our thinking, share ideas and use teamwork to help each other learn!

First class has been going to gymnastics lessons on site in Olympian Gymnastics! We are so lucky to be in walking distance of this fantastic gymnastics studio. Our young gymnasts have been learning floor and agility skills such as forward rolls, cartwheels and handstand progressions. They have also been developing balance and control by practicing beam walks, dismounts and controlled landing positions. It has been amazing to see our class develop their skills and grow in confidence!
